During my divorce, they insisted that my employer had to take an extra two checks every month and send the money to the Child Support network.
The issue happened when Dina's staff directly and maliciously lied to my former employer. They are a number of different ways that the support can be properly sent. Any lawyer with any reasonable level of ethics, would of changed the terms and manor of payment in the decree. The third party (my former employer) never agreed to change their payroll precedures just because we got divorced. They requested to not be involved (not me). I would of gladly paid for the cost of the decree to be change, and the support could still of been (and is) properly sent.
Dina likes to air peoples dirty laundry as part of her revenge plots. Things could of been worked out in a much less invasive manor, and then I would be able to better provide for my child. But that doesn’t fit her power-trip scritp. Too bad, cause it didn’t help our child in the long run.
Why do you think she changes her firms name, location and contact information every 24 months or so...? Go ahead do the research yourself.

I came to see Dina to help me with my abusive ex trying to get parenting time with our child and also trying to reduce his child support. Dina immediately put me at ease.  She assured me that she would fight for me and my child.  Dina has taken some of the stress out of this extremely stressful situation for me and my family.   We are in the beginning stages of this battle but I am extremely grateful to have Dina on my side.  I would highly recommend her to anyone!

As a woman and a mother that survived sexual, physical, financial, emotional, and psychological abuse as the hands of her husband, this attorney didn't fight for me at all. She "worked a deal" with my abusive husband's attorney for me to sign away my parenting time with my 4 yo son before gathering any facts. She did not warn me of the consequences of the agreement, and I have been fighting for my life and to undo the legal mess that she created over a year ago, which has cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees and time with my precious child. Above all, she doesn't care to get her hands dirty or roll up her sleeves to do the hard work of defending people that need sound legal advice in Family Law. Her "efforts" have put my son in harms way, and has now been exposed to TRUE physical and emotional abuse and neglect by my husband. Shame on you, Dina!

Dina is a very to the point attorney who will keep you on track when the stress of the moment exhausts you. It is harder than I imagined to stay objective when experiencing the tribulations that come along with divorce, but Dina has a way of keeping things in line. She will not abuse your time and gets to heart of all problems in very little time. She is very comprehensive and her guidance is excellent. Dina was amazing. My ex-husbands attorney was TERRIBLE, did not explain anything to him properly and that caused serious confusion on his part. He agreed and signed all legal documents Including child support and to pay me through the child support network, for this to happen his employer has to take the wages directly from his pay check, his employer was inept at doing this and as a result received numerous calls from Dinas office to ensure it was done correctly, which is their job. She and her staff had everything done and filed with the court on time if not early. I would never use anyone else! Seeing the glaring difference between my ex husband's attorney who couldn't file a single thing on time, did not explain a single thing to him causing him even more anger and confusion, causing an influx of repetitive emails explaining simple legal matters any attorney out of law school should know, showed me how truly great dina and her staff really are! She explained everything 100% and was nothing less than 100% honest! Just pray your exs lawyer isn't as dumb as mine was bc the emails alone cost me 1000$ bc he couldn't understand basic law! Going through my divorce was the most difficult thing I had ever been through.  The unknown was very scary, and not having been though anything like a divorce, I had no idea what to expect.  Dina Christiansen and Jen (her paralegal) helped me through every step, and were always looking out for the best interest of my kids and myself.  I am very happy with the outcome, and I want to say thank you for helping me, calming me down and giving me good guidance through this process

First I want to say Dina represented my ex wife in a divorce that was finalized in 2016. It is my belief that this woman absolutely hates men to no end and will stop nowhere to destroy a man even it means hurting an innocent child. This surprises me reading some other men’s reviews, kind of makes me wonder if they’re real posts or if she turned over a new leaf. Colorado is a 50/50 state and she did everything in her power to keep me from getting 50% because that was more $ for my ex (my ex wife later in 2018 requested for me to have 50%, she knew how much it was hurting my son not being with me more). Since she fought me gaining 50% custody and would rather have my son sit at home doing nothing all day with his mother regressing in life while I paid alimony the results have been devastating. I’ve had to enroll him at Aspen speech therapy, foothills gateway speech and behavioral therapy, and two years of pre school all to try and get him caught back up. I just Thank God Fort Collins has magnificent resources to counter the devastating harm that Dina caused my son. Dina needs to realize these are innocent children she’s dealing with and should put their priorities first, even above her hatred of men. In summary if you’re a man steer clear you’ve been warned, if you’re a woman who couldn’t care less about the best interest of your children then by all means sign her up.
Since my divorce I’ve heard it from absolutely everyone that he’s received treatment from how lucky my son is to have a dad like me. They say what would have happened to this poor kid if he didn’t have you as a father to fight for and get him the help he needs.
