I as well have left over funds that she said I would get back its been months of contacting her calling sending messages showimg up at the office and get no calls she is quick and edger for you to pay her money but takes me regards on giving back what she owrse

Well an update, i had left over funds on my retainer a decent amount. I still have not gotten any of it back, its been several months already. And i continue calling, emailing her, even showing up at her office. She has not return any calls, email, or messages. Has done no effort to give back the leftover funds in my retainer. So watch out! Make sure nothing is left on your retainer once its all done.

I can not begin to express how wonderful Kristin is! After 7 years of parental alienation, 4 court processes and 5 attorneys, Kristin was finally able to bring some light to my husband's case! Not only is she thorough, hard hitting and a force to be reckoned with in the court room, she is absolutely caring about her clients and genuinely wants to work hard for the best possible outcome because she believes her clients deserve that.

I would highly not recommend her. She just asks for money and talks as if she knows what she is doing and that she actually cares and when she is up infront of the judge you see for yourself she is not experienced and doesn’t approach issues. She ignored bringing in professional witnesses or showing all the evidence I had given her and she didn’t prep me or any of my witnesses correctly or not at all some of them until morning right before trial. She didn’t inform me of anything being used against me properly or even all of what was being used towards me. Even though it was easily able to have proof showing false accusations or misleading statements she had no voice for any of it in the court room. She didn’t cross exam with any valid points when they are clear as day and she just doesn’t put herself into it representing you or having a cate for anything besides money! She will not ever be a lawyer, I would recommend anyone especially if your going through custody court or anything that means anything to you. It’s actually really disappointing that my family and myself wasted money towards her representing myself and my kids in court and a big down fall to have someone so unprofessional to be on your case that involves your children or anything when it comes down to it...! She sounds really good on paper but in the court room it’s very unprofessional and you could represent yourself and save a ton of money and not have a attorney just sit there and hardly say anything or turn over any evidence or anything that was given to her as evidence. If you want to waste your money and be represented by some one who has no back bone or anything to say while taking your money then she is going to do just that. I will hope no one gets ripped off by wasting thousands on her and put their case in her hands. I can’t wait express how much she let me and my kids down by not being experienced enough or actually care enough to speak for you in court and especially when she had all the proper documents and evidence to use at trial. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need too! I would never want anyone else mislead by false advertisement or anything other than what is real outcome of service.

If I could give Kristin more than 5 stars, I would. What should have been an open and shut case, turned into more than that and without Kristin I know that I would not have been able to get through it. She not only communicated with me on everything, down to the small details to ensure I was comfortable, but also handled everything in a calm and professional manner. Not once did I feel as though I didn't know what was going on or was lost. She is very knowledgeable and truly takes time to make you feel as though she's known you for years and really wants to help and work with you (and for you) in any way she can. I cannot recommend Kristin enough, as she helped so much and made me feel at ease with the whole case that I brought to her. Thank you Kristin, more than I can express.
