Every time I call the office for an update on a background check and talk to a lady named Heather she is extremely rude. She talks to you like you’re unintelligent. I have never called a professional office for a state and received such an attitude over the phone for asking simple questions and giving nothing but kindness back even though the same attitude isn’t received. I wouldn’t want someone like this answering the phones for my office or business.

I would give this place a 10 star if only when I left a message or about 10 messages for them to listen to they would respond and call me back. The one time that I ever talked to the office whoever answered was wonderful and they listen to me for a very long time and we're very very understanding and consider a t e. They talked me up and made me feel like I was the world and they gave me some advice and they also gave me a job to do. Well I guess it wasn't official because I'm not getting paid. That was the reason why I called the office in the first place was 2 ask why I am not employed by the Wyoming Department of criminal investigation? And then I was told that there was only one employee employed by the DCI in Wyoming. Well J you get a 5 star . I need you to send me a w2 form and a simple job application in the mail cuz it's time for us to get busy and for you to start being my boss and tell me what to do so we can officially take care of business in Wyoming together as a team. When it comes down to the nitty-gritty we need to hurry up because we got new elected officials.Who is responsible for collecting Wyoming County mineral taxes?? Well whoever the elected official is that is responsible to collect them whether it is the state treasurer's job or the county treasurer's job it needs to be done and it needs to be done immediately before someone new replaces the elected politician. Many people in the state of Wyoming are not going to have enough money to pay their employees from the state of Wyoming for the state of Wyoming because these taxes are not collected. If companies went bankrupt and they only paid off what they owe to the company Bank well it is the state of Wyoming job to ensure that they p a y Wyoming land mineral taxes whether their companies went bankrupt or not. I also suggest that the politicians get together to make an amendment that states in black and white that before someone can close their business down or get anything off of the record they have to pay their minerals or land taxes that are owed to the state otherwise it will have to stay on the companies credit . Who is in charge of collecting a state of Wyoming mineral taxes for all counties?

I had a great experience. I called once, they answered the phone prontly. They made an appointment for my fingerprints; I just went to get my fingerprints done, it took less than 10 minutes. All the staff was nice and professional. Thank you.
