Poor. I came in with admission of neglegence from the company who had wronged me in am auto transaction at a dealer here in nebraska after purchasing and trading in a car. The new car was unable to be purchased because of failed paper work. The dealer wrote two bad checks in the payoff of my previous vehicle. I was ignored and pushed aside after they had received payment. I had to do all the paralegals work as well as make all the contacts my attorney assured me they would make. 8 months later they proved to make to action and I had to go around the attorney and make the contacts redeliver all paper work to the banks and chase down his surety bond with the state of nebraska. As soon as I did the bank released me of my loan which could of been done month 1. It took me five minutes to contact nebraska and the surety company. I have since been in contact with a new attorney as well as the bank surety company and insurance company multiple times and have been able to do what they couldn't in a 8 month job in less then 10 days. I was taken advantage of by both companies. I did lose my retainer and was given a call by the attorney saying they were not to charge me any more money because of there lack to achomplosh any of the things they said they were to do for me. This after telling me to make no contact to the bank or other party because they were representing me. If I hadn't stayed persistent and made the contacts and jumped through the hoops my credit would still be in the trash and I woukd still be delinquent nearly 30,000 dollars. This is all cleared up at this ppint although my vehicle I had traded in is still unrecoverable as well.
