The VA paid an attorney fee to Berry error, and they have not forwarded this amount to me. I have called and inquired but they indicate that it has not been paid, but my regional office, notes that is has been paid as of 01/10/20. Not sure what the hold up is, but as a homeless vet, I'm in need of theses funds asap. They submitted a waiver of fee notice, on the spot, but, there seems to be some issue with sending me my disability payment.

I started working with the Berry Law Firm a year ago on a remand claim. The communication was very spotty at first but I figured that it would get better. My claim had been in the VA system since 2012 and I had really hoped to gain some traction with having legal representation. Sadly, that wasn't the case. Multiple non responsive paralegals later and a non responsive attorney has caused me to terminate our agreement.
I will say Jessica Parker was fantastic to work with in the intake process. Down to the last day before I let them know I was going to seek new legal council, she was responding. It should never take 3-4 weeks to get an answer that should take 5 minutes. Sad, but I'll be looking for other council to help me out.

For the last three years they have taken all the stress of dealing with the VA's C&P process off my back. During that time they were able to achieve my 10% combined rating and bring it to 50%. Few short phone calls and some emails exchanges they took care of the rest. Amazing team here. I was stuck at 90% and knew that I was entitled to have 100% but I just did not know what else I needed to do to prove the condition. I was within the year after service when i was diagnosed and the VA still denied it. Berry Law Firm handled everything with respect. I have already sent another veteran over to them. The amount they charge is worthit and is usually just pulled from the award, so no money upfront. Would tell anyone to go here for VA claims.

I found them and their advertising and misleading. They say they represent veterans in PTSD and Gulf War cases. I was a Gulf War Veteran and career soldier. I actually served in combat. They sent all kinds of emails asking for information then went silent and didnt even contact me directly. It wasnt until I contacted them that they stated they had no one to handle my case and then thanked me for my service. By the way thats insulting given what I have been through for this country.
