I hired their attorney Mike Kuzma to help me evict a non paying tenant. They asked for $1000.00 up front and they performed all the legal steps to evict the tenant but the tenant moved out voluntarily and I was promised a refund since they did not have to go to court. I have been trying to get the refund from them for 4 or 5 months now and they say they lost the information about my payment. So I sent them the information and they are ignoring me now. Beware of this firm as they don't seem to want to refund your hard earned money.

After my call it got done but I would get billed for emailing, calling to find out way it was done as as promised. This happened 80% of the time. I even got charged when my ex (finally) would call.
