They made it out like they were going to help me no problem understood exactly what I was saying then a couple weeks later I get a call and I wasn't near my phone so they left a message saying that they were going to close the case cuz there's nothing they can do that was really weird and strange to get that call so the hell with it obviously they can't do what they say are they speak too soon very bad experience
