Brad knows what he's doing, it seems like he's likes his job more than the money.....that alone says a lot. I know alot of well respected lawyers and Brad defently stands out. Honest guy too!

I was calling for my boyfriend who was in jail with a criminal charge. His divorce hearing is coming up and needs to talk to Brad about a possible settlement. I left a couple messages explaining the situation and he called me on a Sunday night around 8:00. He was apologetic because he had been very sick and he told me he'd get to the jail to visit with my boyfriend. Very nice of him to take the time to call me and explain.

People before you hire this lawyer please ask around, read reviews because he did a horrible job when it comes to my friend, he took her money, he didn't do nothing when it comes to her case he even made it worse and after 6-9 months her trying to get a hold of him she finds out from judge that he withdraw himself from case and my friend didn't know nothing about it and when she calls the office to speak to him secretary says "he told me not to answer your calls anymore" and when my friend asked for her money back secretary said well he did his job you can't have your money back. He didn't do nothing when it comes to her case at all he just made it worse and she should charge him for that. I never heard of anyones experience with a lawyer like this and he should have his license taken away before he costs other people their cases and money.

I live in Las Vegas and I’m sick I have chemos every month so for me it’s hard to fly and for him that’s a bonus, just knowing I won’t be able to come there and talk to him face to face, I hired Bradley Sipp in May last year and as soon as he deposited my check that was it, the only time I heard from him was when he said he was at the court and it wasn’t in our favor but how would I know that he even went to court, I don’t have any proof he never emailed me anything he never answers my phone calls, he never calls me back, this was huge mistake hiring him I wish i read all these reviews before I hired him. More or less the fact he costed me money but he costed me my case and I still don’t know what’s going on! Shame on him that’s all I can say!

I have always found Brad to be a very zealous advocate for his clients.

Made my custody case a lot more stressful. He wouldn't return phone calls and I wouldn't call him but once then give him a week to return the phone call and then call him again. When I told him I was done with him he blamed everything on his secretary but after that the same thing continue to happen. So I tried calling several times in one day and after cornering him in his office he said he thought it was hilarious when he received the multiple phone calls. He made me over confident the entire process and when time came he said i wouldn't win. I heard everything through my ex-wife and her lawyer. Not once did you notify me of anything.

I would give this office zero stars if possible. they dont return phone calls. bradley is always "in a meeting" do not waste your time with this man.

The first situation where I needed someone that would hopefully help me out of it, I was scared and I felt alone. I called Brad at night through a recommendation, The next morning he was at the courthouse and ready to go, It was amazing to see him negotiate. And if there could be a winner during a divorce with a child involved, I felt as if I was the winner. During negotiations, nothing surprised him and he seemed to always be in control of the negotiation. Another time was a real estate transaction that went awry. I called him and he told me how to try and get it resolved without having to share a settlement with an attorney. I took his advice and received a decent settlement without needing to hire an attorney. The best thing about Brad is his ability to think on his feet as if he anticipated everything the other side was going to do and say. Good attorneys are rarely waiting for the phone to ring they are out litigating for their clients, So you may have to wait a couple of hours to receive a call back, but it will come, and it will be worth it.

We were extremely disappointed from the treatment we received from Brad. We hired him to do an abandonment and adoption case for us. He was easy to get a hold of up until the time we paid him, and had our first meeting. After that we met with him one more time after numerous unreturned phone calls. After the second meeting we tried to contact him weekly never hearing back. 9 months in to the process he finally emailed me, and told me "our case had simply languished for to long" and we would need to hire a different lawyer. We are through the process, and there was never any reason for the case to not be moving forward. This was a huge deal to our family essentially our family's future, and he had no empathy towards that. The only good thing he did was he did pay our new lawyer who would be taking over our case, but I was still charged $500 for 2, 10 minute meetings. His lack of respect for his clients is a shame, and I would not recommend Brad.

Brad is a great lawyer and fights hard for his clients. He is greatly respected in the legal community. I have seen him in action in the courtroom and I can verify firsthand that he is very good.

I have referred cases to Mr. Sipp, and have also handled cases where we were on opposite sides. He is an outstanding attorney, a zealous advocate, and a dedicated professional.

Brad was supposed to be representing us in a custody case, instead of fighting for our child's best interest, he tried to take the easy route and agree to crazy terms. When we decided enough was enough he told us he had been having insomnia and let us terminate the agreement. We are STILL trying to get a refund months later with no response.
