I Canceled my membership on February 26 and today is May 10 and I still haven't received it yet. They claim it cost them $700 (and change) to set up my case so after paying $1100, I'm getting back a little over $450. These people are iunscrupulous. This was a huge mistake. Do your homework and choose wisely. I would never recommend them to anyone!
