Mr. Nielsen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt have much to do but he went above and beyond to make sure my legal matter was taken care of accordingly and wouldn't cause any future issues. He also did not charge me anything either. Ive had him as a closing attorney in the past when I bought a home and he was also great then as well. Busy guy but very personable, thorough, & knowledgeable.
