I inquired about his billing rates and what his retainer fees were. He looked at me, paused for a few seconds, then with a confused look, says........"What do you mean, I don't understand what your asking me". Um, hello! Has no one ever asked you these questions before? And also, just going by "word of mouth" in this area, Mr. Dial does not fair well at all.
