They may be a law office but are still low life medical dept collectors. They threaten and garnish peoples wages over old hospital bills that are wrote off and purchased for pennys on the dollar. Then use their resources as a "law firm" to take you to court and sue you for that very old bill. They have hundreds of cases in my small community that is across the state from their office. If you cannot afford to pay, they then obtain a wage deduction order from the courts to have them take the money directly from your paycheck. This is regardless of you being able to pay your current monthly living expenses. Why should they care if people can't afford to live after this happens! Like I said they may act like a law office but really are low life medical dept collectors that also go under the name collection professionals.

Very poor efficiency. Worked for the other side rather than us. Do not suggest using them

Lots of space to accommodate large events like weddings, affordable prices, great food, and the atmosphere and staff is awesome!
Completely horrible representation... pretty much against the people instead of for the people. Be careful what you tell them they'll sell you out in a heartbeat

$100 consultation fee. Most places offer them for free. That and the automated answer on the phone makes you think that you're calling a debt collector, not an attorney. They are both, just seems a little unprofessional.

I’ve had a public defender that does a better job than Justin Bougher. Then he doesn’t call back when I try to get ahold of him about my past case.
