I have been waiting since March 2019 to get my file closed out and a final statement regarding how my $3,000 retainer was used and what my remaining balance is after work was completed in the Fall 2018. I assumed the majority of my funds would remain, as most of what had been completed were paperwork changes by the paralegal (who is awesome and did a great job), and a conference call between my attorney and the opposing attorney. I was originally advised the process of closing my file and receiving my remaining funds would take 60 days. I have had numerous phone conversations with the office manager and the attorney, no one would provide me any type of ETA. On the occasions in which I spoke to the attorney she would advise some obstacle (i.e. broken monitors) within her office always seemed to come up, “preventing” her from closing my file and sending me a check of my remaining balance. It is now late November, I have received no type of invoice, nor documentation, as to how the retainer was used, much less a check. The opposing person received their refund from their attorney earlier this year...

I am going to count my remaining balance as a loss at this point, but I feel the need to share my less than pleasant experience. At very least I should have been given the courtesy of an itemized list regarding how my retainer was used, if it was indeed used in full.

Excellent staff and excellent lawyer.

Horrible experience. Charged high retainer which was billed through very quickly with nothing moving forward. Went through $5000 without even a court date. This was for a simple modification. Called them up and told them they were fired...they continued to bill even after that. Steer clear.

Beware. This office over bills... meeting with attorney will incur frivolous before and after staff briefing charges. Refuses to provide statements without a long wait. Samantha the billing clerk admitted to billing error yet refused to provide me with an updated statement.

After I realized they used up $2k without ever filing a court document, let alone prepare one for me, I knew this offfice did not have my best interest in mind. I just gave them another $2k and decided it wasn’t a good fit for me. They said I could get a refund, but passed on a processing fee for me to get my refund...and I still have to wait for my updated statement and original documents I provided. It will be my 4th trip to collect my information as they keep it to add on more fees, I’m sure.

This place is horrible. They are 3 times the price for little documentation. They are not advocates for their clients!

When you ask them to email information pertaining conflict of service they refuse to have a paper trail of ongoing issues! Samantha will call you to talk about billing and will prolong the dispute for months and your still stuck with the charges! During the investigation they charge you more money more than what you disputed. I had over $2500 of unreasonable and unnecessary charges.

God forbid if they learn a new process they will charge you for their learning experience regardless how long it take them. One example is child support calculation and modification.

I spent close to $10,000 on a case I have to get re-done all over again due to misguiding counseling, and the lawyers advocating among their peers rather than the client best interest.

Rhonda Glenn office charge you for disputes, incomplete service, and they make decisions without your approval! You been warned, save your money and get a lawyer with good communication among their team and reasonable service.

Guess I will stay away... I'm not trying to list money no one should have to wait for a estimate when hiring a attorney. I have no idea why people dont understand they can call and complain to the BA. There people these lawyers have to answers to ... If I was all these people who been dude yall need to sue them. Keep a file of the services they done for you. You should get s invoice monthly on how your money being spent. Yes I've so many lawyer laughing and giggling with the other party and lawyer. I cant believe yall kept giving them money and not getting a invoice or recipients...
They need to be disbarred from practices. I read at least 3 people saying they didnt receive their money due or case file close .. they have so many days to do this..come on now if yall got that type of money to spend pay be to be your lawyer. Going to court for modification is simply or child support ,divorce unless it complication. Smh at these greedy lawyer

Worst Atty I’ve ever dealt with. Drained me for thousands of dollars and never went to trial. Stay away!

Dedicated and compassionate. Would recommend without reservation.
