If I could rate this company at a negative 0 I sure would. This guy and his reception are very rude, lies and very unprofessional. When going through my bankruptcy I’d ask common questions I’m sure he gets asked often and he over talked me and used a disrespectful tone this guy seems to hate his own existence. I called all of the so called creditors he has printed on to my case and what do you know none of them had nothing in they’re system for me he had random amounts on these creditors and just to be sure I pulled all 3 credit bureaus and only one creditor he had listed was on them. Long story short I have requested to be removed off his caseload I could see down the line I would have still been owing people because it appeared he made up these creditors or possibly had my info mixed up with someone else’s either way this place should be closed

This guy is the best and very knowledgeable, was so helpful when I was going through a rough time...great staff also, very friendly and knew answers to all my questions.

This is the worst Lawyer you could ever use in a Bankruptcy, He has stolen my money and screwed up my whole Bankruptcy and my credit. I rate him at a minus 0. Please people trust me do not use this Law firm or him!

Niebur Law Firm of Peoria, IL is by far one of the best firms I've ever dealt with. The attorney was great at giving information and professional at providing services. The method used to deliver documents is simple yet easy to comply with. I couldn't have chosen a better law firm to take care of my legal needs. We appreciate this firm!

My husband and I used them a couple of years ago. We did not have any problems. Our case was closed within a couple of months and it couldn't have gone any smoother.

What a rip off. Making up policies as he goes along. Never told me about a non refundable fee. And didn't explain that he did anything with my case after he received the first payment. His paperwork work needs to be more professional and clearly stated before sending it to a client.

They know how to get things done quickly and are very professional. I would high recommend them. Communication is excellent. I always know what is going on either via email or text. Not judgmental in anyway.

I worked with Karl back in 2013. He is very rude and talks over you. When you ask him questions about your case, he makes you feel incompetent for asking specifics about it. I just recently spoke with Karl today 9/13/17 11:55pm and literally in the middle of asking my question, he cut me off and told me that he had to go and had to call the court and hung the phone up. Just keep in mind this will possibly be the type of service you will be getting working with this law firm.

If cheap prices are what you're looking for, this may be the place to go, however keep in mind you get what you pay for.

I used them for my bankruptcy and they did awesome and got it done in a fashionable time.

I used the Niebuhr Law Office for my divorce many years ago and it was a very easy and fast process! I was very pleased with how I was treated, the cost of the divorce, and the speed at which they got it done for me! I highly recommend Karl Niebuhr as an attorney!
