The reason I am giving them 4/5 is because of the way that the Dunn Law Firm prefers to communicate the whole procedure with their clients. I think it is better to make a portal and keep all the documents in there, rather than just communicating through so many emails. That helps the whole process to be more efficient and less confusing.

Not happy with their service. You are basically doing all the job and yet paying for it! The job will not be done in a timely manner. He will tell you that you can pay in payments (4 or 9 installments) which is great but what he doesn't tell you is that he won't let you proofread/review your petition package (cover letter in particular) until you pay all the money in full. Also there is not a proof of his success records even though I am not sure how you would validate those firms that publish their record online (but that's something at least).

Mr. Arkell and his team did a superb job on handling my NIW application (which got approved). I had a very busy schedule, and they provided a lot of help and advice for preparing the material for my petition. This considerably shorten the time it took for me to apply.
