I called this morning trying to get opinion from a attorney, person answered the phone was really rude and kept cutting me off where I couldn't ask a simple question, told me a Patrick would call me shortly, well it is 2.20pm and no call back, I will not refer this office to anyone, and the woman that answers phone needs to be retrained on customer service, because she is not pleasant, her phone edict sucks

Never contacted me after signing with them for a year then changed lawyer to different person would only send notices through email and text which some I could not open received texts not related to my case as far as I'm concerned no more than a commercial anymore. Do not use

Wont help unless you have done all the work for them. Thought other driver was uninsured and they told me. Well you should have had a higher uninsured motorist policy amount next time you will wont have to worry
