Great team

This has been a lengthy and stressful time for me personally. I NEVER thought I would have to declare bankruptcy. I felt shame beyond words. I chose Ostling & Associates for assistance and support for a couple reasons (reasonable cost & local advertising) but primarily because the CEO is a high school classmate. I have not been disappointed with the service and positive support I've received in the past 12 months. The time and patience of the legal assistants is incredible. I have learned much through this experience. I highly recommend seeking counsel from Ostling & Associates when and if the need arises. This office cheated us out of $100. Eric Ostling promised us we would get credit for the previous money we put down as a deposit. I have called numerous times and talked to every office associate and they will not correct this, nor let us talk to Mr. Ostling personally, so as it stands right now they have not refunded our $100 over-payment.

They were all very helpful and walked me through my lengthy and complicated process.

Great experience with everyone at the office especially Taylor! I called about a potential wage garnishment that should not have been there and he took care of the problem within minutes. He gave me peace of mind I needed and I would certainly recommend this office.

My bankruptcy was quick and easy. Ostling and Associates was a big help and made the process seamless.

All I will say is don't! Over priced for poor communication, poor quality effort on their part, and more nasty attitudes then one building should be able to hold.

Bankruptcy is already a hard hit of what feels like defeat, being looked down at and treated like dirt on their shoes instead of being helped through the rough time only makes it worse.

Find an attorney that has compassion instead of one who tells you that you can't afford their time even after you pay them. I felt disrespected, discriminated, and robbed. $1800 to hire them, I had to gather every document, fill out all the paperwork without their help, and when they made mistakes treated with distain like I had messed up. When it came time for our first meeting with the trustees, we learned they had filed the wrong papers, they were unprepared, and the lawyer at the meeting we had never met before, who didn't know our case, sat there without being of any use.

Ostling and Associates worked so hard to help me with my bankruptcy. From the first visit to my last I always felt that I was in great hands. I had the privilege of having April Bryan as my legal assistant. She responded to every question I had quickly and professionally and explained things in a way that I could understand.
No one every wants to have to file for any form of bankruptcy. A person just feels terrible about having to do this. I promise, if you are looking for a firm that is willing to work hard for you, a firm that is professional and caring of you as a person Ostling is the place.

currently paying you guys , and yet I have to fill out my debts and paper work ? I don't know if it's because your office is lazy or what but since I'm paying you guys for services maybe you should fill out the paper work.

Do not go here. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the office and on the phone. They are not willing to accommodate your needs when it comes to getting a quick appointment. I paid them in full right away and I had to go out of two before my petition signing and they would not reschedule it for the day after.

"Crooks" don't use this office because they are a deceptive firm. The reason I attempted to use the service was because I got layed off from my job. I was told that the process will not start until I paid $836. So I made two installments and was told that I have one year after each installment or I will loose my funds. So after some thinking, I decided to opt out understanding that it will cost me $125. So that month "Susan" tallied up a bill for nearly $1,500 stating that they was taking calls from my creditors. Which was some bullshit because I am still receiving calls. So I asked "Susan" which creditors was calling because from my understanding once they have knowledge that when there's a bankruptcy process the calls suppose to stop. I strongly seek justice and will because an individual should not be treated as such and how you live with yourself knowing that you took a less fortunate persons money. P.S. if you are an African - American stay away because there's a double standard and maybe two Price's.
