With regards to a judgement made against me by Westervelt, Johnson, Nicoll & Keller Linn Perkins (Peoria, IL) via CEFCU. So I keep paying and the balance doesn't seem to go down and the receipt they keep sending me is for well over what we agreed upon in the agreement. Plus the whole situation just seems predatory. I have no clue how the sum was allocated to the school UIS, and I feel like they're making a concerted effort to profit off this judgement. I live in Nashville TN so I don't have an opportunity to talk to people face to face about this. My co-signer is my stepdad, otherwise I'd just file bankruptcy. It seems like they might have terminated the agreement before the first opportunity. I've been on the hook for the money, but I didn't receive a copy of the agreement until I got up to Illinois in May. It was only then I realized the very specific instructions. In any case I'm sure I made the first payments on time, but immediately received the original contract balance, and not the agreed upon sum. Like they were trying to make it so the contract would be terminated as soon as possible to begin to receive accruing interest. Terrible industry and people and they should be ashamed of contributing to the financial decline of an entire generation.

Very unprofessional. Will NOT help anyone with a payment plan to get student loans via CEFCU paid down. Most loans go into default because the person cant afford the payment. If she would work with people to make a more affordable payment maybe she'd have more loans paid in full at this time. Makes sense to me!! I'm just waiting for her to retire so hopefully these loans she holds over everyone's heads get transferred to someone else that wants to work with you to get them paid. Even if I had the money to pay it in full, she still wouldn't answer my call or make an appointment with me. I never seen anything like her in my life. She's a real piece of work! Time to retire Linn!

Very unprofessional. There was a dispute on a cefcu loan 4 years ago that I paid off completely. I supplied her with all payments and all she claimed was that her client told her that I hadn't paid anything. She has refused to acknowledge the direct payments on the loan and has tarnished my credit for the past 4 years. I have called her and emailed her hundreds of times to try to get her to help me get a resolution to this matter, but she won't answer the phone nor respond to any emails. STAY AWAY!!!!
