0 STARS! If this is any indication of his performance as a lawyer, I wouldn't recommend him. The first appointment was rescheduled at the last minute to Jan 10. After 1st meeting, Patrick O'Brien said he would call my nephew the next day, Friday. No call.
My nephew waited until Tuesday and called. He was told O'Brien wasn't in. He left a message asking him to please call. Again, no call.
My nephew called back again. He was told he was in Iroquois county. Again he left a message requesting a call back. AGAIN, no call! This is now 20 days later since his appointment.

If I could give a 0 I would! Never a call back and always a run around!

Do NOT recommend. Awful front desk assistant, always rude when you call. Gives wrong information. Lawyer drags everything on and does more as a public defender.

Hmmmm. Lawyer never showed up for court and I lost my case. Even after going to him that morning and giving him the retainer fee as he asked me to do. Not a happy client. I asked him to call me and he had his secretary do it for him, so I never even got to talk to him directly to voice my concerns.

Mr. Lawson is knowledgeable and very concerned with his clients needs. I would definitely recommend considering this firm for any legal needs you may have.
