Terrible attorney. Never use nick at all. His mother is the judge and won’t fight your case at all. More or so basically a glorified public defender. Always is late to court and him and his staff are very lazy. If i could put no stars I would. The guy is a fraud.

I used Nicholas Elliott in my child custody case. He is very thorough and got everything I was fighting for. He is very affordable and I would use him again and again.
