Katz is a str8 bum. He takes ur money and sit on his hands while u talk to him in his office. He is afraid of the police

I had someone file a frivolous lawsuit against me. Mr. Katz was able to get it dismissed in the end. It helped that I had all supporting documents so he didn't have to do additional work.
