The absolute worst lawyer! We are working with him on an adoption case, paid the down payment, for him to then blow us off and not reply to us for 4 days. Judge's orders direct us to complete the filing portion in 2 weeks. Richard promised to have it sent on Monday. Here it is Wednesday and he still hadnt sent the paperwork. I had to show up to his office to beg him to send the documents he was supposed to send 2 days ago. Well he wouldn't let me in and simplified said "Its done it's done". Still he would not give me confirmation through documentation. Simply shut the door in my face. I have a little boy in need and I promised I will do everything in my power to protect him. Richard Russell not only failed me but our entire family.

I hired Mr. Russell for an adoption. I explained to him that I was on deadline due to the judges orders. I had an appt on Thursday and he stated he would have it done and sent by Monday. That never happened, so Tuesday I call and email and he States it will be done by the end of the day and he will email me a copy. That never happened, now it's Wednesday and he says he's gonna get too it today. Mind you I already paid $675 down. This man has taken my money, not done what he supposed, and left me with no time to hire another attorney to do his job, not to mention he still has my down payment. He is now not answering my phone calls.
