Brent Dechart really did good for me and helped me through a messy divorce. My advice is to take his advice, he's done this a long time and probably knows what's better for you even if you might not agree in the beginning.

Called to see about my own personal situation, gather information and basically get an overview of what my options would be. I wish I could have actually talked with a lawyer, but I couldn't make it past the rude receptionist. Basically, she had a really rude tone, attitude and wasnt understanding at all. Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

With that being said, I know everyone has bad days. Hopefully what I experienced isn't the norm. But if this behaviour is habitual, this office will lose interested customers who are just scouting for a reliable attorney.
