If I could give them them negative stars I would. All these people are out for is to take 3/4 of people's money, and if they think there isn't a possibility of them banking off you, yeah, they won't represent you.
I have a friend who's daughter was attacked by a neighbor's pitbull. As soon as these guys realized the owners didn't have a ton of money, they would not represent them. It's all about the money, not justice. All my friend wanted was medical care for her daughter, not millions from them. What a joke these 2 are.

They did not take my case seriously and now I am struggling with a brain injury that is now going to cost more for medical expenses for the rest of my life. Plus no hopes of recovery to work again. And I am not able to get disability and I am disabled. It isn’t education and experience that can get you the money and be there for you. They weren’t there for me and allowed another lawyer take a payment for doing both for me to help or get me the money needed for the rest of my life. Not a trustworthy lawyer! I put my trust into them actually helping me and I got nothing to help me to live the rest of my life. Please be careful if u choose advertisers of their company and don’t live by there mottos.

Every thing you see and hear on their advertisements sounds too good to be true.... Let me tell you it isn't. They are by far the best law firm I've ever worked with. I have nothing nice to say. The assistant did more for me then lawyer. Then when he did call me he had nothing nice to say. And told me my doctor's didn't know what they are talking about. I told him till he gets his PhD he couldn't say anything. Very rude.

I was in a motorcycle accident, and Called Tom after getting released from the hospital a month later. Tom came right up our home, sat in the living room, and went over all our options. I was afraid of the cost, but he assured us he gets paid only if I get paid. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though I had never met him, I was almost confused if Tom was a long-time family friend I had forgotten.
