I’m not a very good attorney for slip and fall cases unless you finesse the doctors with continuous follow ups and therapy when not necessary. I was the one always calling to check my status never did the staff, took over a year for a simple case that had cameras and witnesses and they didn’t even use nor followed up with them! Do your homework before you choose who represents you.

In 2016 they sent me a letter stating that they will represent me, filed my case and so forth. Was told i would be receiving paperwork. Never did, and never heard back from them again. Last week i tried again(2018) they sent me a letter stating they will not represent me. I have a vaild cade. All documents from doctors and so fourth stating i need disability. That im not able nor allowed to work. But thats fine, a different company is going to get paid not them. Im very unhappy and unsatisfied with how they work. Its ridiculous.

Because of my experience with them I would not recommend them for Social Security and or Disability cases. I don't believe a real attorney actually reviewed my cas. Have you heard this before? "You need more medical evidence." I'm sure I'm not the only one they have denied assistance to.
A real attorney finally settled my disability case. Work with someone who has actual working knowledge of how to prepare you and get your benefits. I hope that William Shatner AKA Captain Kirk will disassociate himself from them because of how they treat disabled minorities.
I gave them 2 stars because they successfully settled auto accident claim for me years ago.

Almost died in the hospital from salmonella was told I would be getting all my bills paid, that I didn't need a receipt from tainted food I purchased. I was told not to talk about it with anyone, not to go talk to the restraunt and now they sent me a letter to say they are unable to help me. Inexperienced and would beg anyone with the same situation to not go to them, they did nothing except drag this on and send copy&paste documents through a paralegal. Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with their "service" and lies.

Horrible experience with them! Any information or update about our case we have had to call them for the last 3 years now. Finally went and signed papers for our settlement and was told within 3 weeks the check should be here that was a month ago now check was sent out 2 weeks ago according to the lawyer then why isn't it here? But we know damn well it's sitting on the lazy rude lawyers desk and since she's already paid from it she don't care that there is people out there who actually have to work hard for their money and have bills that have went unpaid because of this accident and actually need that check so she will get to it sometime in another 3 years I'm guessing if we don't keep calling to find out
