Lindsay was amazing! I had to shop.for lawyers in the Fort Wayne area while I was on the other side of the country when I knew I needed an attorney to handle my divorce. Lindsay spent the time on the phone to hear details of my case and reassure me that she was the one for the job. Lindsay was great helped me through a difficult devorce because the first lawyer I hired to handle it was a waste of time and money. She responds fast keeps you informed and treats you like a person. If I ever need legal representation again I will deffently hire her.

I've never written a review, but i feel compelled to write this because Lindsay Franklin's representation changed me and my son's life. After wasting 2 years and thousands and thousands of dollars with a local law firm whom I will not name. Trying to get a court date set to determine my parenting time with my son who was being withheld from me. Long story short, the law firm was very wasteful when it came to fees. They had multiple people working on multiple things, sometimes multiple people working on the same thing. The fees were out of control and next to impossible to keep track of. I didn't realize how wasteful they were until i got my first monthly statement and seen the $3000 i gave them had already been exhausted and I actually now owed them money. They never even made any court appearances. I had to explain my situation every single time i talked to someone at the firm. EVERY TIME! They switched which attorney was handling my case multiple times. It was a horrible experience and I was very discouraged.

After trying to represent myself for a period of time, and getting extremely overwhelmed and even more discouraged. My aunt reached out to me and suggested I contact Lindsay Franklin, because she had success with Lindsay in the past. I reluctantly got in touch with Lindsay. And I now thank God every day that I did. She was everything the previous law firm wasn't. She was very comforting, and very very reasonable with my fees. She made my money last 10 times longer than the previous law firm and she kept me informed on everything she did every step of the way. I could email, text, or call her anytime and she was always prompt in her response. Even throughout her maternity leave, she was still 100% available. She is a parent, so she has compassion for us that are in need of representation, and empathy for our situation. She is very talented in the court room as well, stern, well informed, and always very well prepared. She seemed to have an obvious and apparent mutual respect from the judge, which is very comforting when you're in the court room. All I had to do was sit silently, she handled it all! When I expressed concerns about cost, she gave me the option to print my own copies and do little things that would save on cost. Lindsay actually made my most recent court appearance with me, even though all of my retainer fees had been exhausted, and i owed her money at the time. Most, if not all other attorneys would not make the appearance unless you are paid in full, and a retainer fee paid in full beforehand. She did this for me twice actually. I only share this detail to highlight just how much compassion, and dedication she has to her clients. She also never hit me with any lat fees if i was behind on a payment.

I wasted over 3 years trying to get my parenting time established, before contacting Lindsay. Then within 1 year, she had EVERYTHING accomplished, and the only reason it took that long was due to the courts order of a phased in parenting agreement (due to the amount of time wasted!). I can't say enough about how great she is! and how grateful I am for her service! I feel like I now have a friend that I KNOW will come to bat for me anytime I need her! It gives me peace of mind, and also gives me some leverage when my son's mom starts with her silliness. All I gotta say is "I'll just call my attorney" and her silliness suddenly stops! which is just an extra bonus!! She also fought to make sure my child support payments were fair and reasonable. She got me everything I asked for, and some!

I recommend Lindsay Franklin to anyone that is in a custody disagreement, or any other civil disputes!
