Mr. Lackey is the best attorney I've ever come across and I have dealt with dozens. By all means never call only one attorney for a consultation, however if you are reading this make for a hundred percent sure that you call this attorney. He is going to represent you better for much less. I've asked him to help me in three matters. He made two of them disappear for well under a third of the cost. He saved me $1,000 at the BMV. He did the most non-attorney thing I've ever seen or heard of in my life and the third time I called him he told me that it probably wasn't necessary to hire him for anything, and gave an honestly free consultation. He is extremely modest. Call atleast three attorneys but do not get scared when he is a much better value than the rest.

Ryan has been a tremendous help to my family and Me. This being the first time I have hired someone to represent me, I now see why it is such a good idea. Unfortunately, I received my second OWI, definitely my last, and Ryan represented me very well. From our first conversation, there was no judgement and he was very understanding. While he is a busy man, he takes the time to listen to all of the details pertaining to your case. In my case, I had refused to take the breathalyzer test. Since this was my second OWI, that not only disqualified me from obtaining a license for work, but was an automatic 2 year suspension, which would have destroyed my life. Given the circumstances of my case, Ryan was able to do the impossible by convincing the state prosecutor to expunge the refusal, allowing me to get a license for work purposes and as a result, dropped my suspension to just a year. His efforts didn't stop there. Ryan took it a step further by convincing the state prosecutor not to object to me serving my time on home detention, cutting my 90 day sentence down to 45 days. I expressed to him my anxiety over the issue and he did his very best to bring me results that would allow me some relief. Thanks Ryan, you helped me stay on track and gave me another chance!
