I am disappointed with the service that I received. I hired Mr Kuchmay to settle a land contract. This lawyer was only interested in payment and did almost nothing for us. He dropped us during a pivotal part of our case, of which we needed to come up with a huge lump sum of money. Instead of fighting a clear cut case for us where we did not have to provide any but had all proof in our favor. I had to acquire a new lawyer and in doing so found out that my case never should have gotten to the judge and that is was a clear case of a land contract that the owners wanted paid off early, plain and simple. The contract clearly read that we were in the rights. Instead, Kuchmay was only interest in logging hours for a fee. Shame on you.
