Awful people. The man I spoke to refused to speak up even after I explained I had a disability and could not hear him. Awful service.

Place is a joke. Falsifies information to bring old debts current so they can sue you over them. Payments have supposedly been made on an account I’ve never paid on and they wanted to tell
Me that they will allow the credits to be applied for the “inconvenience” lol real convenient because had those payments not magically appeared on the account they wouldn’t have a foot to stand on. Claims There have been multiple court dates I’ve had for this bill which is also a lie. Then come to find out they claim the court information was sent to places I’ve never lived. And the payments have came from banks I’ve never even held account at. Biggest scam artists I’ve ever seen.

After Settling and paying amount. I found out that they put a lien on my lot. Now they are requesting the remainder of the money. Settling amounts are scam, they will still get you in a different way. Horrible.

I started a monthly payment plan with them and it was automatically coming out of my checking account on time every month. Well a few months later I receive a garnishment notice from my company. Unsure of why I should have received this I called the office. I am assured this was a mistake on their part and will be taken care of. Well it comes time for my paycheck and 25% of it is missing. The money has been taken out. After talking to several people finaly I get a check which was just a refund of what I have paid but not the full amount. So this past Wednesday I call since I am approaching another paycheck and am basically told they have done all they can and hopefully I won't be garnished. Well Thanksgiving morning I check my account and sure enough another chunk is taken out.Yesterday I spent the day on and off the phone with them coming up with no result other than waiting for my money which is tied up in the court. I have bills that won't get paid I have lost time at work and sleep because I have to figure this out and all because someone in the beginning didn't do their job. I have been deeply affected by this but treated as if there is nothing they can do. Ended up hanging up yesterday after sitting on hold waiting for a supervisor, my time is valuable you screwed up I shouldn't have to sit and wait for you to find someone to talk to me!

ANYONE AND EVERYONE on SSI or SSDI are protected by the Federal Government from any garnishments except for child support, alimony, taxes, or to pay another federal agency. You should consult with their own attorney for their protection, but this is in your handbook from the Social Security Administration Section 207 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 407).

Avoid if you can. They don't help you by any means and don't care if the hospital they bought the debt from did not disclose to them that there was an active investigation on the account. Coming after me instead of hospital for withholding information from them. Seems logical.

I recently was trying to buy a car and had noticed I had a few hits on my credit report when the dealer had pulled it. I gave Snow & Sauerteig who was listed on my report a call and they set me up on monthly payment arrangements to get this taken care of. Although they wouldn't delete it off my bureau it was reported as paid in full in a timely fashion. Quick and Professional

***edit*** spoke with Tyler today regarding my concerns and he was very helpful and very kind. Glad we were able to work something out so that both sides were happy with the outcome. ***

I dont even want to give these people 1 star. They are so rude and not willing to work with anyone. I am a single person living off of just my Income and I make the amount of payments monthly that I can afford until I pay one of my other Bill's off and they are not even happy with that or at least understanding that not everyone has hundreds of dollars a month to give them. They told me on the phone that my 30$ a month was not enough and that I had to pay more money to cover the Interest. But yet I have another bill from Indiana that I owed the same amount of money on that I've been paying for 3 years and only owe them A hundred and something left on. It is possible to pay that much a month and pay it off. They have no u understanding of anyone's personal finances and are trying to garnish wages when pay my bill on time EVERY MONTH and most months if I have extra money even if its 5 or 10 dollars I pay that extra on my bill. I. Sorry that not everyone in the world is made of money and most of us struggle on a day to day basis. They sent a letter to my employer for wage garnishment and I have not received one thing in the mail from them at all. Ice it wasnt for the office manager sending me a picture of the letter i never would have known what was happening. I'm very upset and very frustrated with this place. They constantly harass you for money. 2 other places I pay my Bill's for in Indiana do not bother me as long as I pay them and one i even pay 10$ a month on. Not to mention everytime I call no one answers and I get a voicemail and sometimes I dont even get a returned call. Please take the time out to be more considerate of the things people are going through and be more willing to help people and work with them and maybe your office wouldnt have such rotten reviews.

This organization is unhelpful, their customer service is awful, and will always place blame on you. Also, they will make you pay for a receipt, even when they say they will send one out, they won't. If you call back to get a receipt, they will be very unprofessional and tell you no or make you send in a stamp and envelope for something that should have already been received.

We've been trying to get a mortgage and had ONE small claim - less than $70 come through. So I paid it and asked for it to be removed from my account. It's been 5 months and it is still on my credit report. I specifically asked if I had anything else, since this is the first thing to come through in years. Kevin said i was paid in full and didn't owe them anything, Then, after I told them I was trying to get a mortgage, I see another collection pop up on my credit report from them for over $500. No bill, no notice, no explanation, just a demand of payment or it stays on my credit score. When I paid it and asked for it to be removed from my credit as well as the previous one, and proof both are paid off, the rep refused and began to get snippy with me like it was my fault that she even had to deal with me. Her attitude changed immensely as soon as she received payment.

Entire staff is extremely rude. They will coerce you into agreeing with them. Most definitely wouldn't recommend.

I had an account end up with these folks due to an issue stemming from healthcare.gov which had not shown on my credit report until it was placed for collection unfortunately.

My phone automatically blocks calls not in my address book so I can't say that I had the harrassing calls like everyone else...BUT I will say these folks play hardball and will not offer you any sort of realistic solution.

Be prepared to pay the full amount knowing that these folks bought your debt for pennies on the dollar. These folks are the average money hungry, people gauging, lawyer types afterall by opinion but were at least not rude over the phone in my experience. Again opinionated but he would not care if they take the last few pennies you have if it makes him a hefty profit I'm sure.
