Attorney Scott Kelly is incredible. Lawyers typically have a reputation of being money-pits who don't have any regard for their clients. Scott is not that way. When I called him for a consultation, he listened with interest and offered guidance. He went out of his way to find answers for us. Not only that, his genuine concern for people and fight for justice is evident in the way he conducts himself. I'm very grateful for his concern and assistance. He is one of the good ones!

There are two reasons I am writing this, 1) Scott is amazing & 2) I found Scott through reviews and want to help out others facing criminal charges.

I was pulled over and after an eternity of tests in the middle of the road and and my refusal to submit to a breathalyzer I was charged with an OVI. (By the way, Scott informed me the field sobriety tests are optional). At this point I have a pending case out and I have no idea what to do. I do a few google searches of OVI defense and Scott’s reviews spoke for themselves.

Scott took the time to explain the situation I was facing and a game plan on how to get me the results I wanted. Scott was amazing in helping me get through this problem. He had no problem convincing the prosecutor and the judge to decrease the charge to something that would keep my license valid in my state.

Scott really stood out too because of his communication. He shared his direct phone number with me and was always prompt with returning any questions I had. His secretary was always available when he wasn’t. I would recommend Scott to anyone dealing with a criminal charge.

This guy is a joke he takes thousands of your money and makes false promises gets your hopes way too high and does nothing. He has no backbone and is a pushover
