Not a real attorney, just a debt collector. You have to pay in cash or check. Who has checks? Step into 2018! It's a whole new world, you wouldn't believe it, cell phones and wifi. It's crazy!

Sent me a summons, I faxed a letter to office to come up with a payment plan. .. Heard nothing. Now he wants to garish my wages? All this less than six months after a stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis, two surgeries, radiation and chemo. I hope Karma is watching.

This guy is a snake. I was sent to collections for a medical bill and received a summons in the mail from Jeffrey. I showed up to court. He did not. He instead called the courthouse and insisted on speaking with me. When I took the call, he immediately started trying to intimidate me and bully me. I told him what I could afford to pay every month but he continued to raise his voice with me and tell me he needed double that. After explaining to him that I would not choose a medical bill over groceries for my family he agreed to my payment (after he tried to insult me). Anyway my payments are due the 30th of every month. I pin a check to my calendar on the 15th every month. I mark on my calendar the check number and the date that I sent it. Two monthly payments were made and cashed with no issue, the third payment however I sent out on the 17th and it has never been cashed a month later. I got a letter in the mail today from this Joker to garnish my wages. I know that I sent the check on the 17th because there were other letters that I had sent that day as well that were all successfully delivered. I have I have a feeling that this snake of a lawyer tossed my check in the trash and is proceeding with a wage garnishment despite payment. I think he is untrustworthy and dishonest. Not to mention a bully. I think he is a poor representation for any firm. If I never have to deal with this joker again it will be too soon!

The young lady that answers the phone thinks she's tough & acts like a Mafia loanshark.
Very despicably rude, disrespectful &
just poor customer service.
I'm not going to argue with her; I don't argue with my own kids!

This individual is a poor example of a human garnished my wages 4 times in one year because my payments were not good enough for him. I overpaid by over 100 been waiting on my money over a year now

Difficult...next to impossible...to even REACH this guy. Doesnt he have an office stafff? Phone just rings and rings. No voice mail, no way to leave a message and have him call back. This happens day after day.

HORRIBLY RUDE PEOPLE WITH VERY POOR PEOPLE SKILLS! BEWARE!!
