I would pick no starts if it would have let me. I do not recommend this company. They made a lot of mistakes on the closing, first saying I did not pay my first half of the property taxes so my realtor did their job for them and called the auditors an check for them (I was up to date on my taxes by the way), also didn't take out the correct amount for the sewer bills. Then when they screwed up the sewer bill instead of trying to figure out the issue they give my phone number to the buy saying my phone number is public record (It is not a public record). Joke of a Company!
