I dont reccomend this legal team. I was not happy with the services I recieved here. I was asked to tell my legal situation to Linda, which I did. I was charged for her to review my case, and hear my story as expected. Then last minute one DAY BEFORE the custody hearing I was contacted by another lawyer in the group and asked to share my situation over the phone (which I was charged again for even though I had been charged previously for this) . The person who contacted me had no idea of my situation, or my case and I was charged hundreds of dollars for her to review my case all over again. I felt We were unprepared for the hearing and I felt I was overcharged for services I had already paid for. Thousands of dollars and nothing to show for it. Also in the process of filing a complaint.

In the process of filing a bar complaint. They took my $2000 retainer fee for work they "claimed" to do and DID NOT! Even claimed to file motions that I filed myself! Rod showed up to my emergency hearing completely unprepared with no background and of course let the hearing go down the drain which screwed up my whole trial process! Thanks for nothing! You should have your license revoked!

Linda Lawrence seems like a very nice person when you meet her. I started my case back in may/2016. She is very hard to get ahold of. She is over priced for th work she does. She does not care about your case only the money. She kept charging me for things that I seen no results. Her office set up and appointment with my mother and husband. They called my mother and rescheduled the phone interview for later in the day and failed to call her so she called and spoke with her. Then they never called my husband and I had to call in and figure out why and the secretary told me she had the wrong number when they are the one who called him and scheduled the interview. I rescheduled that one and they were late calling him. Then they scheduled one with my sister and never called her. She emailed me and told me what she needed from them all. My mother and husband both felt like she did not listen to what they had to say. Just charging me for the time. I paid multiple times, on time and more than they were asking. The invoices always come out right before the next meeting in front of the judge. I was told in the beginning I could do a payment plan but no one every got back to me on how much just that the invoice needed to be paid. This last time I got the invoice and I thought I was going to be able to borrow the money from a family member but they were unable to get it to me so I said I could pay a certain amount and when I could pay more I would but that wasn't enough and they couldn't give me an amount that would be ok to pay. I talked to a man named spencer that works for the office and asked if Linda was available and he said please hold one second then came back and asked if I had the full amount and I said no then he said please hold and then came back and said Linda was not available. I really hope someone reeds these bad reviews and saves their money for a good lawyer one who will help them and actually care about the case and not just the money. We are out a good chunk of money because she doesn't care about anything but the money.

I wish I could give less than one star. So far in a fully agreed upon dissolution they have charged me for filing out forms that opposing counsel filled out and sent to them. Without anything tangible except one 30 minute meeting and 1 review of documents I was charged $3500. They do not communicate with clients at all. I finally got the bill negotiated to the point of satisfaction and no new invoice to pay it. When I called back in the agreement changed on their end and now I have to badger them for weeks to get a response and nothing ever gets resolved. It's firms like this which give lawyers a bad name. To top it off my soon to be ex is so upset it has been 4+ months that a fully agreed upon deal has sat there she is about to file for divorce. Not only did they charge me for doing hardly anything they are about to create a legal issue for me by their lack of follow up.

In a nutshell, I'm still waiting 2 months later, on a full refund on a retainer for services I did not use. I paid the full retainer on 7/1, and then cancelled on 7/8. Between this time frame, I had not met with any of the lawyers face to face (only the secretary, to hand over my initial paperwork), never received a follow-up email or communication from my visit on 7/1, and nothing was ever filed on my behalf.

They JUST NOW refunded back a portion of my retainer on 8/30, minus $690!! Not to mention, no bill, no receipt. I had not even met this lawyer Linda face-to-face until last week when I personally went to the office to finally get this issue settled.
I utilized none of their services within a week's time frame, so charging me $690 is outrageous. I fully expect a full refund.

I would not recommend. It has been wearisome dealing with this firm, and I have been truly taken aback with the lack of professionalism, and lack of communication (they do not answer emails or return phone calls).

The lack of professionalism is truly astounding. If you expect to have a call returned, don't try this firm. If you expect communication, don't waste your time or money here. On several occasions I heard "We will give you a call back in 1-2 hours" but I would never receive a call back at all. I was told I would be receiving an email regarding my case "in just a few minutes" only to receive it days later. This didn't happen once or twice, this was a regular occurrence. I had planned on firing them after they botched a submission to the court, but I was foolish to stick around until they blew through another $2500 of mine without tangible progress in my case, nor a specific endgame. I implore you to take your money elsewhere.
