I can't say enough good about Scott. Other attorneys didn't seem to care about my case and just wanted to charge me a lot of money to plead. That's if they would even return my call. Scott knew what he was doing, was there when I had a question, and got my case reduced. He even got my license back when everyone else told me it would be gone for a year.

A nice guy (assistant can come off as snob) but ineffective in defending me from a 65 in 55 speeding charge in Bellefontaine Muni Court. I have a clean record & could have gotten same outcome on the phone. In fact, on the phone they offered me a 2 miles over, no points (in Ohio) and he got me an 8 miles over, no points in Oh. which is essentially a full blown speeding ticket conviction which shows up on my MVR and has points on my home state DL. This may not be due to any incompetence and could be attributable to a hardline judge but still, facts are facts & he dud me no favors in there.
