I am so disappointed in derk at this point and time! He has been my family’s attorney for over 30 years. I went to see him about probate on my moms property and gave him all the paperwork and everything he needed. Then I didn’t hear a word for almost 3 months. Next thing I know I wake up with a voicemail from his office finally hoping he had some information for me after being in limbo and nothing getting filed with the court no explanations and NO!!!! His secretary is telling me to find another attorney!!!!! I call to speak with derk because he has always been my family’s attorney and he refuses to talk to me!!!! I’m not sure what is going on with Mr. Demaree, but I would go elsewhere if that’s how he is going to treat a family he has represented for that long!!!!
