Andrew Korduba exceeded our expectations , from when he took our civil case on. He never stopped fighting for our best interest. I called Mr. Korduba’s office and his staff member was very helpful, she listened to the issue I was having and said Mr. Korduba was in court but she would have him call me as soon as he was available. I received a return call within hours and was scheduled for an appointment that was convenient for me and my daughter so no work would have to be missed by us. Mr. Korduba stated he would email a list of required documents that he would need us to bring with us to the appointment. I received the email before the end of the day. I ended up canceling the appointment because my daughter felt she and her husband had reached an agreement she thought was fair at their Mediation appointment that evening. Mr. Korduba sent me an email thanking me for canceling the appointment ahead of time and offered a phone session if we felt there were any other issues he could assist with. We didn’t need his services this time but if we have any legal issues in the future I will definitely call his office.....if his prompt return calls and follow up emails are any indication of his work ethics then he is definitely someone I could count on!! I rank Mr Korduba highly for professional advice and council. He was brought I high profile case with trumped up charges taking over 6 months to navigate though the court process. In my opinion he confronted us with a realist prospective no candy coating of the charges or expectations. Giving sound advice what he needs to best representing client for courts expectations. Was able to get one false charge dropped though plea bargain and was noted that a remaining charge was greater than the Crim helping the judge release a lighter sentence for acheaving justice with exeptable punishment. With an experienced judge who was able to hear was reasonable so defendant can prove change through actions.

I hired Mr. Korduba last year in May for my divorce/dissolution. When I was calling around to Seek the right attorney, his office was the last I called I asked them all the same question when we first spoke his was the only true answer and told me all I needed to know. I won’t write exactly what I asked him but to sum it up I needed someone who would put up the fight I needed without coddling or being a friend be straight with me and make happen what I need to happen. And he did just that. Any further representation I will require in the future will be Mr. Korduba! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been divorced 10 years. I have three kids ages 13 16 18. I have raised them by myself. Their quality of life changed when their dad left. For the third time I’ve requested a modification due to the large disparity in income. My hearing was scheduled and my attorney was not able to be there. He arranged for attorney Korduba to be there. My ex husband was not in attendance for the second time and they may have continued the case again but attorney why Korduba insisted we have a chance to be heard. Never has anyone fought harder for my children. I met him at the courthouse and within 10 minutes of our introduction we sat before a magistrate and Attorney Korduba stated my case and painted a picture of who my children were and the benefits they deserved with the income there father was making. He was amazing and kind and focused on the well being of my children. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me.

Mr Korduba was not and is not worth the time and MONEY. I told Mr. Korduba upon his retention that my main goal was to see my kids as soon as possible. My main concern was the stress being applied to them with me being removed suddenly from their life. Upon his receipt of the payment, 5k, I ensured he understood and knew the marching orders moving forward was access to my kids, ANY KIND. After three months of pleading with him and his receptionist, I was lead to believe that there was nothing they could do, until we saw the judge at pretrial. A week prior to our pretrial, Mr. Korduba reached out to me through email, to tell me he was going to get another attorney to stand in for him because of an overbooking. At this point, I saw it as not my problem and something that should have been addressed a month prior. Seeing how these dates were not schedule yesterday. I lost my composure when Mr. Korduba told me that I need to pay the attorney standing in for him, cash, at my pretrial. $350 an hour, bring enough for three hours, is what he told me. Mind you, I never saw a statement for billable hours until I demanded them from his receptionist. I lost it at this point. Told him to file for a continuance and never to pull this B.S. with me again. Our pretrial was rescheduled for a month later and at no fault of his own, my case was dismissed. AGAIN, this wasn’t his fault, I had car issues on my way to court and was a half hour late. You can draw your own conclusions from that statement, but that is not my reason for this post. Moving forward, I am representing myself pro se. My question to you Mr. Korduba, why as my resepenation, a hired attorney, did you short sell me so hard? I haven’t seen or been to pretrial, but thanks to the staff at the courthouse, I’ve filed a motion for mediation and an emergency motion to the judge for access to my kids. I’m going to see my kids before my pretrial court date. I’ve gotten the ball rolling and I honestly, I don't know what I am doing half the time. Yet you, a man who does this everyday, couldn’t get the ball rolling with me breath down your back. You should be ashamed of yourself. You lead to me feel and think you were acting in my best interest, when at the end of the day, you might have as well have been working for my ex and her attorney. But this will not be the last you’ll hear from me. I applied and have been accepted to law school, starting September. And you best bet your bottom dollar, upon graduation and passing the bar, I'll be practicing in Medina Family Court, representing fathers and mothers in my situation. Taking your clients. And god help you and your client the first time we sit down across from each other, your client will pay for my time. I promise you that.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN. HE”S A HELL OF A SALES MAN, BUT WILL FALL SHORT ON WHAT HE PROMISES YOU.
