We had Matt for two consecutive cases as a guardian at litem the first case he only made a few unjustified comments in his interem report witch we lived with. But the second case, he totally worked for the father to make a case for him since he did not have any viable evidence to support his allegations. He would not even contact the one person we wanted him to talk to, and then at the end of the case he trumped up this huge bill for us to pay when he did none of his guardian duties and basically was doing all of his working, billable hours for the father to make a case which he lost anyways. So no I would not recommend him to anyone unless I disliked that person and wanted to steer them wrong. I don't know how they could have a man in the medina court system working as a guardian at litem with whom has no idea about a child, there feelings or what's best for them. Other that maybe he's working off of his own experience of been a child which would not put his experience in but maybe a few categories he would deal with.
