I am very thankful that my wife and I had Steve as our attorney. He was very thorough and very detailed. The office setting and his staff were very nice/friendly. I liked very much when my wife and I had our first meeting and up to the last meeting that he was always very attentive to what you said and you didn't feel like you were being judged. Steve is someone who actually takes time to listen. He was on time for every meeting and answered every question, never making us feel like he was in a hurry and couldn't wait to leave. Every email communication we've sent has been answered, usually the same day. He's attentive, organized and respectful; proving to be not only a great lawyer but also a great person. Great law firm, can handle anything with professionalism and class, very comparable rates. I had some family issues and didnt have correct documents for our hearing and Steve reconvened our hearing till later date with no penalty or extra cost. Class act and 100 stars if I could. Mr Heimberger is such a nice guy. Very professional, personable and direct. He answered all of my questions and offered advice on how to rebuild credit after bankruptcy. I found Mr Heimberger after searching on google for bankruptcy lawyers, after reading reviews and meeting him I knew I made the right choice. The staff in his office were very friendly and even though downtown is such a mess with construction, parking was convenient and easy to access. The receptionist even assisted me with directions when I got lost. I would highly recommend Steven. You won’t be disappointed!

First off.... he answered the phone himself!! So in speaking with him and offering my dilemma, we agreed that what i needed, i could do for myself. With so many variable in place if I did it myself, I was concerned that it would make the situation worse. But when I explained to him my fears in trying to accomplish my goal, he guided me through the steps. He talked me through things and offered his assistance in a helpful manner. Told me his fee up front; was very honest, pleasant, and willing to assist however he could. STILL AMAZED THAT HE ANSWERED HIS OWN PHONE! So many times I try to speak with a lawyer, only to get the legal clerk.... Thank you Mr. Heimberger for making my situation "not such a big situation"!
