I am more than honored to write this review. Joe Patituce got me out of trouble, the trouble that I got myself into. I was in Akron on business and had too much to drink. I was able to get ahold of him early on a Saturday, he listened to me, and made me feel comfortable with him.

A lot of attorneys eventually called me back on Monday, tried to sell me on promises of how great they were and how connected they were to the judges. Some even said "while Joe is an exceptional attorney he isnt local, he's a Clevelander." This did make me a little nervous at first so I talked to Joe about it. I was comfortable with his honesty, he told me he has offices in multiple cities (which Google verifies) and that he spents most of his time between Cleveland and Akron courts. He put no pressure on me to stay with him.

I stuck with Joe and I am thrilled that I did. Some of the attorneys that had called were in court with clients at the same time as me. I had blown over a .200, most of their clients blew less than me. Almost all of those people plead guilty to their driving under the influence charges. My case was eventually reduced off of a DUI and my breath test dropped when he beat it.

I hired these guys to defend me from a DUI charge. I had called a couple of other attorneys in the area who all quoted either ridiculously high or ridiculously low. The other attorneys all spoke really negatively about each other. When I asked Joe what he thought of the other attorneys in the area he had nothing negative to say, instead he focused on the facts of my situation. His integrity from the start impressed me. His flat rate was more than fair considering his expertise in the area. My breath test was thrown out and my case resolved in a way that I am very happy with.

I was arrested on a drunk driving charge. I hired Joe on a Saturday, and by Monday he had done everything he said he would which included getting me out of my court appearance, getting my car out of hock, and getting me on my way back home. He treated me with respect and in the end his team got me the result I needed.

I was arrested for driving under the influence, I blew a really high number. I did not think that the test was legitimate because I only had one drink with dinner. I spoke to a couple of other attorneys with some catchy phrases like "OVI Queen" but it all sounded fake and like a sales pitch. I spoke to Joe's team a couple of times, I even called from two different numbers. Both times they quoted me the same fee, and they treated me with honesty. In the end my breath test was thrown out and the dui charge was substantially reduced to a non-criminal charge.

Incredible team. Tenacious as hell. Fight for you and get what you are deserved. They kept me informed and were always easy to reach and talk to about my case. But most importantly they know their stuff and trounced the prosecutors in their BS.

Very professional and easy to talk to. They did not use any fancy sales pitches or tricks. Unlike other attorneys who talked about being local, Attorney Patituce talked about what his strategy/plan would be for getting me driving right away. He and his associates handled my case as if I was a family member, I really appreciate everything that they did.

I hired this law firm to take over for another attorney. I appreciated their honesty, compassion, and aggression. I could definitely see the difference in hiring these guys, and it was a relief to know that they have enough skilled people working for them that if I called in with a question that I could always get an answer. I blew a .189 and it was reduced to a reckless operation.
