I came to Richard marks a little over two years ago for my divorce. He was probably the worst person to go to due to the fact the only thing that really ended in my favor was I got divorced. He in no way put forth effort during my case. On multiple occasions he was late for court and the sheriff was coming to me trying to track him down. And after everything he still tried to bill me for the time in which he was absent. After my divorce, i sent him a letter demanding he give me a different price since he did the absolute bare minimum, and I threatened to turn him in if he didn’t. After which he waved every cent I “owed” him. This man is a crook. He took advantage of my young age and tried to make money off of it. I don’t recommend going to him for anything.
