I went through 4 years of struggling with a terrible shoulder injury which I had 3 failed surgeries and agreed to a settlement which he took 1/3rd of my settlement! He is a liar and a thief. Best workman's comp lawyer in town

Friendly professional people. Seem to be extremely knowledgeable and willing to hear you out and do what they can to help your situation. Office was a bit hard to find up on the 10th floor, especially coming from down in the parking garage, but security was very helpful pointing me in the right direction. Mr Wagner was very friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely I treated in trying to help in any way he can. His assistants and paralegal team was just as friendly and helpful

This is a great Worker's Comp attorney group. Retained them roughly 6 years ago. Have had roughly 9 hearings (you know, BWC or employer denial for treatment, etc.) and usually Vince, Dean, or another WC attorney (rarely they bring in another if swamped; since Vince joined, he's been the one at hearings) and all but I think 1 of those hearings we outright dismissed as it wasn't needed, but rest went our way to get treatment, add to the claim, etc. Usually for non-hearing related issues, I deal with a paralegal that's always been helpful in resolving minor issues. These guys are also well-known within the WC attorney community and even some other fields know them well (I have another attorney for something else, and they know them well, etc.).

If looking for a great attorney that's friendly, has friendly staff, and doesn't have a big ol' "I'm an attorney ego", these guys are it. Very down to earth.
