Mr. Baker is the attorney for my Fathers estate.
During mediation (because I had belongings of my Dads as I moved him to my home in Virginia to hospice him and care for him until he passed). Mr. Baker lied and counseled my sisters to lie to my face during the mediation hearing. I signed the mediation agreement which did not have items listed they told me during the mediation I could keep, and I returned everything that I had. Then they lied and said I had not returned everything (knowing our brother admittedly he had stolen items from my home while our Father was hospicing there). They sued me and received a judgement against me via the probate court. Mr. Baker is an unethical, deceitful piece of charred leather!
