He knows what he is doing and doesn't charge an arm and leg. Highly recommend!

Mr Bates is a very nice man and answered any questions we had about filling bankruptcy. His staff on the other hand is kinda rude. Called on the day they happened to be closed and left a detailed message of a couple other questions that I had thought of and when the lady called me back she was like what is your question like she didn't listen to my voice message. And a couple days later I was going to go get my money and paperwork and because we decided to go somewhere else to file lady was like you can't just come get it cause the person who deals with the checks and stuff isn't here and you won't get all your money back cause they stated work on it already. I was like that is not what I understand from talking to Mr Bates in the consoltation he said as long as it wasn't filed we could back out of filing and come get our money and papers at anytime. They also ask for my paperwork than what they need ( called and asked another attorney of what was needed) and has no explanation of why they need the extra papers. Would Not recommend someone going to file bankruptcy here .
