I have the uppermost respect for this Attorney he is very personable and cares about justice. I had to use him to represent me for divorce and child custody support.

Ken took $16,000 from my husband and I for a custody case and he did absolutely nothing. He doesn't even do the bare minimum! I wrote our own reallocation of parental rights because he never did it. He relied on the other parties attorney to do anything that the magistrate said needed done even whilst the other attorney was battling terminal cancer. He's unethical and should be disbarred. I hope to save anyone considering this attorney the frustration, time, money, and grief that our family dealt with because of this man.

Ken was sent to jail by a judge for contempt because he doesn't actually file things that he's supposed to file. He doesn't even do the bare minimum to qualify him to be an attorney. Google him. He will set up meetings just to take more money, and never produce any receipts. Beware, if you're going for custody, you better hope your ex will just roll over because that's the only way you will get custody.
