Pick, incompetent or corrupt...did not deposition anyone, did not request pertinent supporting documention (from school or mds that require the request come from the attorney)...he was verbally abusive, arrogant, and judgemental. He went to court 1 time to request another date, talked over me, talked me down, and then read to me for 2hrs, then showed on a court date I was not aware of to withdraw as council. He of course felt entitled to the entire 5,000 retainer. Do not use ever, for anything requiring council.

I had Eddie as a court appointed attorney in 2016 and in my opinion he did not really help me much at all and seemed like he just wanted a paycheck from the court more rather than to help me out and since I am a deer hunter I had asked him if felons are permitted to own muzzleloaders and he replied by saying no which turned out turned out to be a false answer on his part. I did my own research on the ATF.gov website and it turns out that felons can own muzzleloaders under certain stipulations. I think all attorney's should not give out false information, but rather say I am not sure or no comment to something that they are fully unaware of.
