A few months ago I hired Mr. Ken Hardin to represent me in a lawsuit. At some point during my trial Mr. Hardin transferred my case to another attorney who was recently hired by his firm. I had a very unpleasant experience with the new attorney assigned to my case, Kayla Drum. I told her my story three separate times, what happened at my job, and why I opened a case against my previous employer. When Ms. Drum and I met with the mediator, Ms. Drum was unable to explain my grievance. When the mediator asked her for the papers, she provided papers from a different case. I had a serious state issue that was keeping me from finding gainful employment, regardless of my years of education and near-perfect record.
