Blaine Jones Law have been amazing to me. Mr. Burke handled my case. He went above and beyond in my case and the result was better than I could have hoped for. When you hit crisis points before your hearing, the law firm as a whole is there to talk you down. No false hope was given which made the verdict that much more unbelievable when it was read. I wouldn't give even one star, other than I have to in order to post this. This was from about 10 or so years ago.
"Represented" (term used extremely loosely) my fiance several years ago. Fiance got pulled over due to a broken tail light and got taken to jail on a warrant (had no idea about it - it ended up being for a ridiculous reason - keep reading).
I hired Mr. Jones to get him out of jail. After several days with no progress and no idea even what the warrant was about, I called Mr. Jones and he chastised me for expecting to hear back from him.
Fiance had a hearing. Mr. Jones said that no one needed to go. I went anyhow. Judge said that the attorney absolutely should have been there and said if no one showed up, then my fiance could have gone to jail even longer. The court called Mr. Jones who straight up lied and said he didn't show up because he was representing me for another case. There were no other cases?!?!?!
Anyhow, fiance got sent back to jail after the hearing to await the next one.
I made calls all day, every day trying to find out what was holding my fiance in jail. Nothing but crickets from Mr. Jones - unless I called him when he, again, would chastise me for asking.
I finally was able to find out that the thing keeping my fiance in jail was an unsigned traffic ticket.
I got the ticket, gave it to Mr. Jones to have my fiance sign it. A week later (at this point my fiance was in jail for two months), still not signed.
I took it, was able to get it signed, took it back to the place it needed to go and, within 24 hours, fiance was released.
I almost lost my job trying to fix the situation. I paid Mr. Jones to take care of the issue and he did absolutely nothing.
I canceled my checks to him and, when he threatened to take me to court, I told him I would gladly stand up in front of a judge to let them know exactly what he did not do - and maybe get the money back I already paid him.

Wanted to plea bargain. Didn't have confidence in going to trial.

Blaine jones is hands down my first choice when I am in a legal bind. He takes every case no matter how big or small very seriously. That alone makes a client feel good . Most importantly he is going to give you the REAL about the possible outcomes of your case whether you like it or not . Not a money hungry lawyer at all he will work with you an his number one priority is to do the best he can for his clients ! I’m speaking from personal experience not hearsay ! Thanks Blaine !

Al Burke was my attorney a few years ago for a criminal case. He was very helpful and had a felony dropped for me as well got me a non monetary bond in place of my monetary bond so I could bail out of jail. I hired Blaine Jones because I wanted the best ! And that's exactly what I got! I have never seen an attorney so intense in a case !!! He hit on every angle of the charges against me sometimes leaving the prosecution speechless!!! By the end of the hearing the serious charges against me were dismissed. Blaine jones sold my nephew Kaii McCargo up the river. He cost 4k and wanted more and never showed up but to 1 hearing. He didnt even attempt to fight. I was wrongly convicted with a bogus harassment charge a disgruntled ex try to pined down for. I was ordered to pay hundreds of dollars in fine but: being an immigrant I realized that even a simple conviction for a bogus charge could of have very negative devastating impact on my future and jeopartize career in general. The day of the conviction I immediately say to myself that one deep inside I was not guilty and justice was not serve.- two I needed to fight the conviction no matter what the consequences, that is when I decided to seek legal advise and after a Google search I decided retained the service of Blaine Jones Law Firm for advise. I called them and make an appointment the good news was they had same day appointment and I was lucky enough to have Miss Nicole Nino to evaluate my bogus conviction charges she immediately look at the case and stated that if I retained her services the charges and conviction will be overturned and a non guilty plea will be the final outcome. I was kind of septical at first but her level of knowledge and her certainty about the issue reassure me that I was at the right place. She layout her cost up front for the case itself and the court fees associated with the case. and she allowed me to create a payment plan and she took on my case and to my surprise she was always available and keep me informed about my case via text, email and phone call, she called back personally not her legal assistant, she pay great attention to detail file the appeal and show up in court with me personally instead of sending a conterpart.

She made 3 court appearance for me and on the third one, she call me to let me know after careful review of the case the appeal judge found me not guilty and the charge has been vacated.

These attorneys are crooked and completely unethical. They gave my family member advice that complicated that case and was completely in contempt of court. When my family member wanted to turn herself in to address a warrant, they advised her against it and told her to leave town! When it came time for the hearing, Nicole Nino did not even show up to court to represent my family member, and then later told me she came into court late and sat in the back of the room. What good is that when you are supposed to be representing the client, not sitting in the audience? I had to hire a new attorney because of their antics. I don't believe they actually care about their clients. They seem like the stereotypical fast talking lawyers that only care about money. When I expressed extreme dissatisfaction, and requested a refund from my credit card company for the final balance paid, they completely fabricated a response to my complaint. They are completely dishonest and dirty, and I will be reporting them to the board of ethics.

I retained Blaine for some legal issues that fell upon me a while back. Let me just say, the positive vibes of Blaine Jones and his very professional team of attorneys made me feel more than confident with his representation. I've made a new lifetime friend and confidant. Blaine understood me, and where I was coming from, and that connection was that of a good friend. Upon meeting him the first couple times, we clicked and I felt like I was his special client. After going back a few times and seeing Blaine deal with his other clients (friends) of his, I saw that he had a special connection between him and all of his clients.

I never leave reviews, but my experience with this law firm was so horrendous that I felt compelled to write one. I contacted this firm hoping to be represented by Blaine Jones. When I called for my consultation, I was able to speak with Blaine directly. That was the only interaction I ever had with Blaine himself. After I paid them, my case was sloughed off onto some new associate named Nicole Nino (who, might I add, is the most deceptive and unprofessional attorney you will ever have the privilege of meeting--she is TERRIBLE) and I never heard from Blaine again.

Nicole Nino and Al Burke are apparently partners with Blaine Jones. Although Mr. Burke is otherwise a nice guy, he and Nicole gave me such terrible legal advice that it actually resulted in me having to sit in jail for a period of time. Aside from giving terrible legal advice, Nicole Nino is also so dishonest that I do not even know where to begin. She lies about her credentials--she claims to have gone to medical school and to have her MD/JD, but upon further investigation, it was revealed that she does NOT have a medical degree--rather, she has a "Master of Arts in health care and bio-ethics." I am not sure why she misrepresents herself as an MD/JD, especially when having an MD is irrelevant to the practice of criminal law. She also lied about attending one of my hearings--I had a very important hearing scheduled and she simply didn't show. When I asked her why she didn't show, she insisted that she was present. I asked her where she was because I was waiting for her and did not see her in the courtroom (it was a small courtroom and there were only a handful of people present), she said that she was waiting outside of the courtroom. I am not that familiar with the judiciary process in Pennsylvania, but I would imagine that attorneys are supposed to be in the courtroom alongside their clients during a hearing. Now, I doubt that she really was waiting outside of the courtroom, but even if she was, it wouldn't make a difference; the point is, she was not present in the courtroom during my hearing even though she knew about it in advance.

I submitted a substantial amount of documentation to Nicole so that she could prepare a motion for me. However, when I had a family member check the docket sheet online, it showed that Nicole did NOT file the motion that she indicated she would. At that point, I elected to terminate her and hire new counsel-- and it was only after I terminated her that she came to visit me in custody and informed me that she was in fact working on the motion and would have it ready later that afternoon. When I asked her why she failed to prepare the motion in advance, she simply shrugged her shoulders.

If you do go with this law firm, I would NOT recommend having Nicole Nino represent you. She is not someone that you should entrust your future with--she is not someone who cares about her clients. From what I hear, Blaine is quite good---it's just a matter of making sure you actually get him to represent you.

Best attorney in the city hands down. My go to guy. Getting it done the truth shall set you free.
