Glenn has helped me win a case that was very messy, but because he is patient, attentive to detail, an active listener about what I was concerned with and then we worked as a team to try and figure out what we should do. Mr. Sinko is a very personable man who will meet with you anywhere over coffee to discuss your case. I engaged his services years ago after having initially been denied disability benefits. He is well informed, will put you at ease over the process, and is likely to deliver success. He was able to handle my appeal and secure all of the benefits I had earned.
His performance throughout the process was truly 5 stars and I received all of my benefits included a portion retroactively.
I did not award a 5 star rating however due to something that happened afterwards that really rubbed my wife and I the wrong way. Sometime afterwards, I learned that my wife could file for benefits associated with my claim on behalf of her and the minor children. We did that paperwork on our own and filed for those benefits. We were approved, however a portion of those benefits were paid to Attorney Sinko perhaps because his name was on record for my case. I understand that he was entitled both by law and the engagement contract to receive a portion of my benefits as payment for his efforts. However, the benefits my wife and children applied for on their own (without his assistance) I believe should not have been dipped into.
In any event, I have recommended his services to others requiring a disability attorney with the caveat warning that this may happen.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mr. Sinko for a disability claim. I wish I had him handling my case the first time around. He made sure I made choices that were in my best interest even when other options could have worked better for his fee, how many attorney's do that?
