Got a favorable outcome I could have got cheaper. Pros. Mike is on the ball step by step. Cons, Expensive. No regrets hiring. On the other hand. won't hurt to shop around. Remember. Police do not need a warrant for your blood test to get a conviction. That's just a sales pitch.

I got this lawyer for my DUI which i thought i had a case I could win with. I paid them $1500 CASH. My first visit to the office, they said I "needed" a lawyer because they'll try to ruin your life in court and have you sign B/S papers to screw you over. He was late to the first appointment. I thought you had to get your blood drawn to get a DUI. and the cop didn't read me my rights. I blew a .09 which was barely over the legal limit. They didn't really try to help me at all. They said it wasn't worth it for a first offense. I feel like it was a waste of money. If you get a DUI and its your first offense don't even bother with a lawyer. Its cut and dry. Theres no fighting it. Everyone gets the same thing their first DUI. Your suspension and probation goes by what BAC you blow will determine is your license gets suspended and how long its suspended for. I'd say don't waste your money on a lawyer if its your first DUI.
