First time I had to deal with a lawyer. Sean took my money and ran. Would not communicate with me. Wouldn’t return phone calls or text messages. I hope other lawyers are better then this.

Didn’t keep in touch with me just took my money and I heard nothing I had to constantly call him then he eventually responded with a text after I had already called him several times highly unprofessional basically stole my money .

Awesome man that Sean. Ive read all these reviews that said how much he cares and is attentive to his clients and it caused me to call, on a Sunday morning none the less, with my very concerning question. My question being, Do I have a legal right to fight for a baby that isn't biologically mine but I am on the birth certificate? And can I fight to be left on the certificate regardless of the DNA going to show that I'm not biologically the father. Now Im just going to say, that he is the fifth law office that I called. I was given the run around by three of the four previous calls and then blatantly told that I wouldn't get any answers over the phone, that i would have to make an appointment for a few days from now, come in and pay $200 just to ask my question by the fourth lawyer I spoke with. It was very refreshing and honestly a great relief for Sean to have taken the time to listen to my concerns. Just to be able to feel the weight off my shoulders being lifted has been a tremendous morality booster as I am going though these issues with the mother of my 4 day old daughter as of 12/2/18. I have been sitting here for the 36 hours that the mother took my daughter and has kept her away from me, in my head and thinking all kinds of horrible thoughts and imagining all the worse case scenarios. But after speaking to Sean, I am less worried and more positive and my spirits are raising. So I really want to commend and relay the fact that Sean really does care and really is a good man. I have yet to see him in action in the court room. But I have no doubt that I will have rights to my baby girl and I will be able to hold her once again, and when that happens it will be because of Sean and his partners. I look forward to fighting for my rights with you Sean. Thank you so much for brightening my day with your words of encouragement and assurance that I do have rights. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much.

Too expensive for the quality of work

Very professional. Highly recommended. Don’t fall for those gimmick attorneys on tv. Sean is the real deal.

They will send you a different lawyer each time, who shows up late with no preparation and no knowledge of your case. The only correspondence they make is a friendly reminder call the day before a hearing. If you want to waste your money these are your guys! I asked for my case file, not a single thing was written regarding my situation or our correspondences. There gameplan is take the clients money and take what the court gives you .

Sean was efficient, professional and prepared. He skillfully negotiated a plea bargain that reduced my aggravated 2nd dui to a non-aggravated 1st dui! He also reminded me that he was still my attorney, since dui's in wv involve TWO different court proceedings: (1) criminal court for the crime of driving under the influence, and (2) administrative license revocation court. I should also point out that he offered the option of going to trial, but I preferred to avoid risking an unfavorable outcome despite his obvious legal skills. He projected a confident attitude from the outset.

If I could give him less stars I would. He represented me and made me believe my end result was 100% different than what it actually was. I ended up getting convicted of all my charges after he told me that some were being dismissed. When I tried talking with him after the hearing, he told me the court must of messed up my files and I would need to pay him more to look into the matter. Not pleased at all and do not recommend him. Highly unprofessional.
